1. Local-First Architecture
We believe sensitive assets—such as database connection strings, SQL query histories, clipboard text, and psychological self-evaluations—must never leave your local environment unless you explicitly choose to export them.
2. Operating System Credential Enclaves
Vloam desktop software delegates secret storage to hardware-backed system keychains: Apple Keychain Services on macOS and the Data Protection API (DPAPI) on Windows. We never store credentials in plain text.
3. Zero Data Harvesting
We collect zero telemetry on clipboard contents, SQL queries, or database schema names. Our desktop utilities operate without required network telemetry.
4. Client-Side Self-Assessments
ADHD Test, BPD Test, and KinkTest execute questionnaire calculation logic entirely in your local browser sandbox. No answers, scores, or identifiers are transmitted to our servers.
5. Security Contact & Disclosures
If you discover a security concern or vulnerability in any Vloam software, please contact our engineering team directly at support@vloam.com.
